THE SHORT VERSION
We collect only what we need: your email (via Google) and your training plan data. We don't sell your data. We use Stripe for payments and don't store your card details. Your plans are yours.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your data is stored securely with industry-standard protections:
- All data is transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption
- Database access is restricted and monitored
- Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Regular security reviews and updates
While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a data breach.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have control over your data. Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your account and data
- Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to certain data processing activities

DATA RETENTION
We retain your data as follows:
- Account Data: Until you delete your account
- Training Plans: Until you delete them or your account
- Payment Records: 7 years (legal requirement)
When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
